The Eagle Program is a $250 million program to provide aerial reconnaissance capability to South Korea comprising four aircraft and fixed and mobile ground stations. Three-D animation was chosen to illustrate the imaging capability of the airborne reconnaissance and surveillance system and outline the interfaces with ground elements. The animation in the video helped the foreign government understand the technical capability of the candidate system and helped Loral Corporation land the high-dollar contract it had been pursuing for more than 10 years. Animation design and storyboarding were produced by Monsoon Digital personnel. An outside service provider built the sequences.
